How contact works and what happens to your data

This information explains the form and the features available on the website. Updated: October 4, 2026.

Contact the website owner

This portfolio is run by Michał Świtalski. For questions about messages and data submitted through the site, email michalswitalski6@gmail.com.

Data in the brief

The form collects your name, email address, project description, area of interest, approximate budget, and contact preference. Phone number and company are optional. The data is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project scope. Do not enter passwords, customer data, health information, or other confidential data. We can discuss confidential details separately after agreeing on how we will work together.

FormSubmit handles delivery

When you submit the form, your browser sends its contents to the external FormSubmit service. The service forwards the message to Michał Świtalski's email address. Your data therefore reaches the service operator and email infrastructure, not just this website. You can find information about the provider on FormSubmit website.

Acceptance by the service is not independent confirmation that the message reached the inbox. If there is a problem, you can email directly. Clicking an email link opens your email app; the message is only sent when you send it yourself.

Settings on your device

The interface may save sound and content-view preferences in your browser's storage. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser data. The simulations use example scenarios; they are not used to send your data to client systems.

Hosting and external resources

The website is hosted by Vercel, which receives technical connection data such as your IP address. The font is stored with the website files, so downloading it does not require a connection to Google Fonts. Project links lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies.

Questions about submitted data

If you want to find out which data from your message is available, correct it, or request its deletion, email the address provided and include the email address you used to contact me. Do not send identity documents in an ordinary message. I will clarify the details concerning your message in my reply.
